At Global Auto Engines, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every engine and transmission purchase. Below are the details of our warranty and important policies:

Return and Replacements: We offer a comprehensive warranty that covers shipping expenses for all authorized returns and replacements.

Certified Professionals: Our ASE-certified professionals have prepared a detailed pre-installation guide to ensure optimal engine performance.

Replacement Warranty: Enjoy a 6-month return and replacement warranty.

Dedicated Support: Lifetime support: Our in-house warranty team collaborates with you to troubleshoot common issues and prevent total engine failure.

Express Shipping: Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). However, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-installation Checks: We strongly recommend conducting thorough pre-installation checks before installing your engine or transmission for efficient performance and durability.

Installation Guidelines:

  • Turbochargers and superchargers are not covered under the long block warranty unless otherwise specified.
  • Inspect used engines and transmissions for physical damage upon delivery. Report any issues immediately.
  • Inspect and replace all gaskets and seals as necessary; failure to do so may void the warranty.
  • Ensure the crankshaft turns fully before installation; contact us if any issues arise.
  • For timing belt engines, replace the timing belt, tensioner, and related components before installation.
  • Change engine oil and replace the oil filter.
  • Add new antifreeze/coolant and reseal the lower oil pan.
  • Install recommended parts for optimal performance.

Warranty Terms: Our warranty covers engine assembly only, including blocks, heads, pistons, crankshafts, camshafts, and other internal components. Auxiliary items such as switches, sensors, cables, electronics, belts, and hoses accompanying the engine during shipment are not covered.

Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled after 24 hours of payment may incur a 20% restocking fee and two-way shipping costs if the merchandise has shipped. Additional charges may apply for labor and associated processing costs.

Returns and Replacements: We reimburse shipping costs for warranty-certified returns. Please allow us to address any issues before requesting a replacement or refund to avoid potential fees.

Compatibility and Verification: While we utilize VIN compatibility tools, additional information may be necessary. Customers providing incorrect information or ordering the wrong engine may incur two-way shipping costs and price differences for replacement orders.

Claim Process: Customers must report any issues with replaced engines or transmissions within 30 days of delivery to facilitate claims processing.

Void Warranty Conditions: Our warranty may be void if pre-installation checks are neglected, engines are not installed within 90 days of purchase, damage results from accidents or misuse, repairs are made without our authorization, or merchandise is altered or returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Important Notes:

  • Our warranty is non-transferable.
  • Labor charges are not covered unless explicitly stated.
  • Deposits for holding parts or special orders are non-refundable.
